Tim Gaffney

I retired from public safety/law enforcement after serving for 29 years.   For the past 10 years, I have been doing home renovation management for customers.   My wife and I have lived in Annecy for the past four years.   I have served on the HOA Board for almost 3 years total.   Annecy is one of the top rated private communities in the east valley.  I enjoy working with other board members to keep it that way.

Jordan Hodges

I have been an Annecy resident for over 10 years and on the board the past 6 years.  Professionally I own a mortgage brokerage, a handyman business, and indoor golf simulator suites.   I have a wife named Mandee and we share 5 daughters.  I love serving our community and am very active in my church service. 

Randy Chacon

Randy Chacon, I am married with 3 adult children. My wife and I are both retired military veterans. I also retired from Centurylink Communications after 25 years there. I’ve been a board member just over a year and have enjoyed trying to better our small community. I’m available for most any project we have going in the community.

Omar Mendoza

My name is Omar Mendoza. I've lived in the Annecy community for 8 years now. I have a Degree from Cal State University Sacramento in Business Administration. I'm very handy and love to help others. I have a background in Organic Produce sales in the San Francisco Bay Area. I enjoy outdoor activities like riding my Can Am and long range target shooting. I love spending family time with my wife Cynthia, my son Damian and my daughter Natalia. As a family we enjoy going to All Saints Catholic church on Sundays and we are very family and God oriented. One of my passions is helping others, especially those in need. I feel very accomplished when I'm able to make someone's day better.

Ahmad Abu-Dayah

I spent over 29 years at Microsoft Corporation, where I led diverse teams across regions and time zones, managing complex projects and driving innovation. My global experience sharpened my ability to deliver high-quality results while fostering communication and alignment. I hold a master’s in electrical and computer engineering from Oregon State University. After many years in Washington State, I relocated to Arizona in 2024 and have come to appreciate the warmth, spirit, and potential of this community. Married for over 34 years with three grown children, I’m motivated to serve on the board to help sustain and enhance our neighborhood’s safety, value, and quality of life.

Ron Johnson

I was raised in Mesa and have lived at Annecy since 2016. I attended ASU on an athletic scholarship. My business career has been commercial real estate development and sales, Maricopa County Sheriff Office and motorcycle posse, New York Life Insurance Company sales manager. I am currently owner and founder of a national vision care and prescription drug program, Outlook Vision Services. My interests include golf, motor sports, travel, RV trips, spending time with family and friends. I love to help others and give back to the community. As a current Annecy board member, I am thankful to the homeowners who put their trust in me to help make Annecy a better place to call home.
